Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 4 c. bread cubes (about 5 slices)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Use a little butter to grease 9-inch square pan.

    Put bread in pan.

    Mix together pineapple, eggs, sugar and milk.

    Pour over bread.

    Drizzle rest of butter on top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
