- 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked)
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 c. large curd cottage cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine rice and onions.

3Blend cottage cheese, garlic (chopped), sour cream, milk, Tabasco sauce and salt.

4Stir into rice mixture and turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 25 minutes.

5Makes 8 to 10 servings.
