  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices bread or 7 thin slices

Directions

    Beat well and add pineapple.

    Stir in bread cubes.

    Bake, uncovered, in greased casserole dish at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
