- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices bread or 7 thin slices
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat well and add pineapple.

4Stir in bread cubes.

5Bake, uncovered, in greased casserole dish at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
