- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 4 c. bread crumbs (8 slices dark toast)
Directions

1Crumble up toast and put in baking dish; pour over this the pineapple.

2Mix eggs, sugar and margarine; pour over pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
