Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 4 c. bread crumbs (8 slices dark toast)

Directions

    Crumble up toast and put in baking dish; pour over this the pineapple.

    Mix eggs, sugar and margarine; pour over pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
