- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 c. bread cubes (about 3 slices white bread)
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2In large bowl, beat, at medium speed, butter, sugar and cinnamon 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Add eggs.

3Beat on high speed, scraping bowl as needed, until mixture is light and fluffy, 2 minutes.

4Fold in pineapple, bread cubes and pecans.
