Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (regular size)
  • 6 slices white bread, crusts trimmed and cubed

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and pineapple (do not drain).

    Fold in bread cubes.

    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch square pan at 350° for 1 hour.
