Pineapple Bread Stuffing

- 2 sticks butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 loaf bread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
Directions

1Cube the bread.

2Melt 1 stick of butter in a pan and put 1/2 of the cubed bread in the pan.

3Toss until browned.

4Remove from the pan.

5Repeat this procedure to the rest of the bread cubes and second stick of butter.

6Beat eggs, sugar and pineapple with pineapple juice.

7Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.

8Spread in browned cubes evenly.

9Pour liquid over cubes.

10Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

11Wonderful to serve with a fresh baked ham.
