  • 34 cup Bulgar wheat, cooked and (chilled)
  • 14 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
