- 1 box yellow butter cake mix
- 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 large can crushed, sweetened, drained pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 large (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and oil well.

2Pour into 3 (8-inch) round greased and floured cake pans.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. While the cake is baking, mix the pudding and pineapple together. Add the Cool Whip. Set this in refrigerator to chill until the cake is cool. Frost between and sides of the layers.

4Store in refrigerator.
