- 1 pkg. yellow pudding in the cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), undrained
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) carton prepared whipped topping
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- milk (for pudding)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare cake according to directions. Spread into 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Bake cake 30 minutes.

4About 5 minutes before cake is done, place pineapple, its liquid and sugar in pan.

5Simmer until sugar is dissolved.

6Remove cake from oven and using a fork, make holes over entire cake.

7Let cake cool completely.

8Prepare pudding according to directions.

9Spread over entire cake.

10Spread whipped topping over pudding.

11Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
