- 1 pineapple cake mix
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as per directions.

2Pour in large cake pan and bake.

3Cool.

4Cook eggs, sugar, flour, milk and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

5Add well drained pineapple and spread over cooled cake.

6Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle this generously with coconut.

7Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
