- 2 pkg. frozen coconut or 1 large can pineapple, drained
- 2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake cake and split in 4 layers.

2Mix pineapple, sour cream and sugar.

3Set aside 1 cup mixture.

4Spread remainder between layers, then mix Cool Whip with 1 cup reserved mixture.

5Cover cake with this mixture.
