- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin

2In a glass pan, tear bite size portions of angel food cake to line bottom of pan.

3Drain pineapple; save juice. Add pineapple juice and water to make one cup.

4Bring to boil. Let cool.

5Then add 2 packages of gelatin until dissolved.

6Add pineapple to mixture and pour over cake.

7Top with whipped topping and chill for 1 hour before serving.
