  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Add baking soda and flour.

    Add full can crushed pineapple and chopped nuts.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a greased and floured pan for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Top with Cream Cheese Icing while it is still hot.
