- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Drain pineapple well; save juice. Add sugar, egg yolks and flour to pineapple juice and cook until it spins a thread. Add pineapple to juice mixture; cool completely. Spread on layers and stack. Cover with Seven-Minute Frosting.
