  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or use a Bundt pan for 50 minutes.

    Very good with cream cheese frosting.
