  • 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 34 cup oil
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges (with juice) on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes, then let cool.

    Whip together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple.

    Spread on top and refrigerate.
