- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, beat.

2Add pineapple. Dissolve cornstarch in milk, add to mixture and mix.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and bake until brown and firm in the center.
