- 1 c. canned milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 angel food cake mix

2Make into paste.

3Cook until thickened and cool 1 cup canned milk and 3 tablespoons flour.

4Beat until fluffy sugar, shortening, vanilla and salt.

5Add to paste and beat.

6Add pineapple.

7Make cake mix as directed.

8Bake on two foil-lined cookie sheets at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.

9Place filling on cake.

10Roll like a jelly roll after filling.

11Refrigerate.
