- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour or 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, leaving out the butter. Cook over medium heat until thick.

2Add butter and stir to mix.

3Spread on cooled cake.

4Makes enough for two layers between and on top or on top of one long cake.
