  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 18 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. bite size bran squares
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
