- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.

2Combine sugar and flour, then stir in juice.

3Add cheese and pineapple and mix well.

4Spoon mixture into a 1-quart flat oiled dish.

5Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
