  • 3 cans pineapple chunks
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    In a medium size casserole dish, pour in pineapple chunks with 1/2 juice drained.

    Mix sugar and cornstarch together and pour over pineapple.

    Place grated cheese over sugar; top with crumbled Ritz crackers.

    Place pats of butter on crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until bubbling.
