  • 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained (save 1 cup juice)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain pineapple, pour in ovenproof bowl.

    Mix flour, sugar, juice and pour over pineapple.

    Top with cheese; cover with cracker crumbs.

    Dot with margarine; bake at 350° until bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.
