- 6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed in 1-inch cubes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Melt margarine and brown bread cubes until lightly golden. Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and cinnamon and beat well.

2Pour over bread cubes and add pineapple chunks.

3Stir in up to 1/3 cup reserved juice.

4Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
