Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Grease 2-quart casserole dish; dump in pineapple. Sprinkle flour and sugar over top of pineapple. Sprinkle on cheese. Top with cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
