- 2 large cans chunk pineapple
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain canned pineapple.

2Mix thoroughly the flour and sugar together.

3Mix pineapple with flour and sugar mixture.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Melt 1 stick margarine.

6Crumble 1 pack of Town House crackers or Ritz crackers into margarine.

7Sprinkle on top of pineapple.

8Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
