Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cellophane stack Ritz crackers, crushed (1 stack from a box of Ritz)
  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine, melted or butter

Directions

    Drain pineapple and put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.

    Mix sugar, flour and cheese together and put over pineapple.
  3. 3
    Then put crushed crackers over the top.

    Pour melted margarine or butter over the top.

    Bake in 350° oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
