- 2 (2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 6 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 1/2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Drain pineapple and save juice.

2Add grated cheese to drained pineapple.

3In another bowl, sift flour and add sugar.

4Mix with pineapple juice.

5Pour over pineapple, stir well.

6Spoon into a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.

7Crush Ritz crackers and combine with butter.

8Spread over top of mixture in the casserole.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
