- 2 medium cans chunky pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Empty one can pineapple and juice into casserole.

2Drain juice from remaining can and discard and empty pineapple in casserole. Add sugar and flour; stir.

3Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers.

4Sprinkle on top of casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
