  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.

    Add eggs and coconut and nuts.

    Beat well, stir in pineapple, fold in bread cubes.

    Spread mixture in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Serve hot or cold.
