- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices of bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.

2Add eggs and coconut and nuts.

3Beat well, stir in pineapple, fold in bread cubes.

4Spread mixture in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Serve hot or cold.
