  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.

    Combine sugar and flour.

    Stir in reserved juice. Add cheese and pineapple.
