  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

    Drain fruit, saving 3 tablespoons juice.

    Mix fruit and cheese.

    Combine flour and sugar; mix with fruit mixture.

    Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole dish.

    Mix butter and crackers until crumbly; spread over top.

    Pour remaining juice over top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
