- 2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Directions

1In a buttered casserole dish, place the pineapple first.

2Mix sugar and flour; pour over pineapple.

3Pour the juice on top of this and then add the cheese.

4Top with 1 stack of crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick margarine.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
