  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (about 25) crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Drain the pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons
