Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

    Shape into a ball.

    Roll in remaining nuts.

    Wrap in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate until chilled (overnight).

    Let set out of refrigerator before serving, if too hard.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
