- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese until smooth.

2Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

3Shape into a ball.

4Roll in remaining nuts.

5Wrap in plastic wrap.

6Refrigerate until chilled (overnight).

7Let set out of refrigerator before serving, if too hard.

8Serve with assorted crackers.
