Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Place chopped green pepper, onion and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid.

    Blend ingredients well.

    Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour.

    Shape into ball.

    Roll in chopped pecans, if desired.
