Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion or dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Leave cream cheese out of refrigerator for about 2 hours so that it will be soft.

    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 3/4 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl.

    Form into 2 small balls or 1 large ball and roll in remaining pecans.
