Pineapple Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can whipped Milnot
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and sprinkle in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (save 3 tablespoons for top of cake).

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Add Milnot, a little at a time.

    Mix Jell-O with hot water; set until starting to jell good.

    Add crushed pineapple. Whip all together; pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle top with rest of crumbs and chill.
