Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Directions

1Set aside 1 cup of the pecans to roll the logs inches.

2Mix remaining ingredients (I use a mixer).

3Refrigerate for several hours.

4Divide cheese mixture in half, and roll each half into a log (or make 1 huge log).

5Roll each log in reserved pecans, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until serving time.

6Unwrap, place on platter, and serve with crackers.
