  • 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits (reserve the juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 pkg. Equal
  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend the cream cheese with the egg, 3 packages Equal and 2 teaspoons reserved pineapple juice.

    Pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
