Pineapple Cheese Pie

- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix in a bowl the cream cheese.

2Add the sugar.

3Add one egg at a time. Add the flour, vanilla and milk. Beat until well mixed. Add pineapple slowly.

4Mix with spoon.

5When all mixed together, pour into 2-quart greased with butter glass dish (Pyrex). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Shut off oven.

6Let sit in oven for 1 hour, then remove to cool. Do not bake longer then 55 minutes; it may get brown around edges.
