Pineapple Cheese Pie

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix in a bowl the cream cheese.

    Add the sugar.

    Add one egg at a time. Add the flour, vanilla and milk. Beat until well mixed. Add pineapple slowly.

    Mix with spoon.

    When all mixed together, pour into 2-quart greased with butter glass dish (Pyrex). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Shut off oven.

    Let sit in oven for 1 hour, then remove to cool. Do not bake longer then 55 minutes; it may get brown around edges.
