  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, pineapple, green pepper, chives, soy sauce, pecans and mayonnaise.

    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours; serve cold.
