- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs and mix well.

3Add flour and cornmeal.

4Drain pineapple.

5Add to mixture with coconut and salt. Mix well.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
