  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, with 1/4 cup juice reserved
  • 34 cup white vinegar
  • 34 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 34 teaspoon salt

    Dip chicken in egg, then flour.

    In saucepan, mix together sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, ketchup, soy, and salt.
