Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 qt. canned crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1-1/2 cups white wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup GRAVY MASTER Seasoning and Browning Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 24 each bone-in chicken breast halves (1/2 lb. each)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except chicken in saucepan.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

    Simmer on low heat 5 min.

    or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.

    Remove 1/3 of the pineapple mixture for brushing onto the chicken as it cooks.

    Keep remaining pineapple mixture warm for serving with the cooked chicken.

    Grill chicken on medium heat 30 min.

    or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with the removed pineapple mixture the last 10 min.

    Serve chicken topped with the remaining pineapple mixture.
