  • chicken pieces
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 c. water

Directions

    Mix together pineapple juice, dressing mix and seasoned salt. Marinate chicken pieces in sauce 2 to 24 hours.

    Drain sauce into saucepan.

    Bake chicken, skin side down, covered, for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Mix together cornstarch and water.
  5. 5
    Stir into marinade sauce and bring to boil.

    When thickened, turn chicken skin side up and spoon some of the sauce over chicken.

    Bake 15 minutes more, adding sauce another time.
