Pineapple Chiffon Pie

  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Directions

    Bring the pineapple and sugar to a good, rolling boil.

    Take from heat.

    Add the lemon Jell-O and salt.

    Let cool until jelled. Let milk (in can) chill while the Jell-O mixture is cooling. When Jell-O is beginning to set, whip the can of milk.

    Fold into Jell-O mixture.
