- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- pinch of salt
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Directions

1Bring the pineapple and sugar to a good, rolling boil.

2Take from heat.

3Add the lemon Jell-O and salt.

4Let cool until jelled. Let milk (in can) chill while the Jell-O mixture is cooling. When Jell-O is beginning to set, whip the can of milk.

5Fold into Jell-O mixture.
