Pineapple-Chile Pork Bake

  • 1 can (14 fl. oz. / 398 mL) pineapple slices in juice, undrained
  • 4 pork loin chops (4 oz. each) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup Kraft French Dressing
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Drain pineapple slices, reserving the juice.

    Place chops in single layer in casserole dish; top with the pineapple slices.

    Combine the reserved pineapple juice, dressing and red pepper; pour over chops.

    Bake 25 min.
