- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 3 tsp. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add egg; beat well.

3Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with pineapple juice.

4Stir in crushed pineapple. Turn into greased baking pan.

5Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped walnuts and raisins.

6Sprinkle over top of batter.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.
